I’m on a mission to put humanity back in business. Why is that? Because keeping things personal is good for business. As a Business Coach, Podcast Host, and Motivational Speaker with decades of experience working with companies, leaders, executives and entrepreneurs, I’ve seen firsthand how this is the missing piece to unlocking the next level of professional success.
- The “hustle and grind” mindset and “badge of busy” has become a misguided norm in our society. It ignores the profound impact that becoming self aware and cultivating a healthy mindset can have on reaching our own potential.
- The universe throws us big curve-balls (I’m looking at you global pandemic). When we cultivate the right business knowledge and soft skills, we foster the resilience to succeed despite ever-changing circumstances.
- Beyond that, if we give ourselves permission to design the life we want—at work and home—we can finally enjoy our own definition of professional success.
I know these things to be true because I’ve not only seen it, but also lived it myself. After over fifteen years of working for nationally acclaimed nonprofits and Fortune 500 corporations, I made the bold decision to build my dream business. I had no idea that I’d be doing it while raising two amazing but medically complicated children, managing debt up to my eyeballs, and handling two life-changing diagnoses of my own.
If you only saw my two successful businesses, my healthy family, and the way I love my life today, you might not realize how hard I worked to overcome adversity as an entrepreneur. I’ve experienced the rewards of building skills and processes, turning failure into a fire starter, and embracing self care as a business strategy.
I know what it’s like to take that leap of faith to control my financial and personal freedom. Now, I use my experience in marketing, operations, strategic planning, and work-life integration to help companies, leaders, executives and entrepreneurs identify individual roadblocks and cultivate the right mindset to grow, scale or achieve the next level of professional success. Success that encompasses BOTH their personal and professional lives.
